Refund Policy

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase of Credits. All purchases of virtual credits ('Credits') used within the norsulabs Services (https://norsulabs.com) are considered final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for Credits purchased, except under specific circumstances outlined below.

Credit Types

Free Credits

  • All users receive 50 free credits monthly
  • Free credits are not additive - unused free credits from previous months do not carry over
  • Free credits reset to 50 at the beginning of each month
  • Free credits are not refundable

Purchased Credits

  • Purchased Credits expire 12 months after purchase
  • Virtual Credits purchased for use on the norsulabs platform are non-refundable
  • Once a purchase of Credits is completed, the transaction is final

Service Issues vs. Credit Purchase Refunds

Service Failures

If you use Credits to access a service that fails due to a technical fault on our side, please report the issue within 5 days. We will investigate and, if validated, reimburse the specific Credits spent back into your account balance.

Credit Purchase Issues

This policy addresses issues related to the transaction of purchasing Credits.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

Refunds of the original monetary payment for Credit purchases may be considered only for:

  • Billing Error: If you were incorrectly charged due to our payment processing error. Report within 5 days of transaction.
  • Failure to Deliver Credits: If payment was processed but Credits were not added to your account due to technical failure on our side.
  • Legal Requirements: Where required by applicable Indian law.

Note: Dissatisfaction with AI results, accidentally spending Credits, or unused Credits expiring (12-month rule) do not qualify for refunds.

For billing errors, failure to receive purchased Credits, or service issues:

Approved refunds or recredits will be processed within 5 days.
