Refund Policy (All Credit Purchases Final)

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase of Credits. All purchases of virtual credits ('Credits') used within the norsulabs Services (https://norsulabs.com) are considered final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for Credits purchased, except under specific circumstances outlined below. This policy should be read in conjunction with our main Terms of Service.

Non-Refundable Item: Credits

Virtual Credits purchased for use on the norsulabs platform are non-refundable. Once a purchase of Credits is completed, the transaction is final.

Issues with Service Usage vs. Credit Purchase Refunds

It is important to distinguish between a refund for the purchase of Credits and the potential reimbursement of Credits spent on a faulty service.

  • Service Failures: If you utilize Credits to access an AI tool or service that fails to function correctly due to a verifiable technical fault solely attributable to norsulabs, please report the issue within 5 days of the occurrence. Our primary course of action will be to investigate and, if validated, reimburse the specific Credits spent on that failed instance back into your account balance. This does not constitute a refund of the original monetary purchase price of those Credits.
  • Credit Purchase Issues: This Refund Policy primarily addresses issues directly related to the transaction of purchasing Credits.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy (for Credit Purchases)

The only exceptions where a refund of the original monetary payment for a Credit purchase may be considered, at the sole discretion of norsulabs, include:

  • Billing Error: If you were incorrectly charged (e.g., charged twice for the same purchase) due to a verifiable error in our payment processing system. Please report this within 5 days of the transaction date.
  • Failure to Deliver Credits: If you completed a payment transaction, the payment was successfully processed by our payment provider, but the purchased Credits were not credited to your account due to a verifiable technical failure on our side, and we are unable to manually credit your account with the purchased amount within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 48 business hours) after you report the issue.
  • Legal Requirements: Any conditions or circumstances where we are legally required by applicable Indian law to offer a refund for the purchase will be honored.

Note: Issues like dissatisfaction with the results generated by AI tools after using Credits, accidentally spending Credits, or unused Credits expiring (as per the 6-month expiration rule in the main Terms of Service) do not qualify for a refund of the original purchase.

How to Report an Issue & Request Consideration

For any billing errors, failure to receive purchased Credits, or issues with service usage where you believe Credit reimbursement is warranted, please contact us promptly with relevant details (account information, transaction ID, date, description of the issue):

We will investigate the issue based on the information you provide and our system logs. Refund or reimbursement decisions are made on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, except where required by law. Once reported and approved, refunds or recredits will be processed within 5 days.
